Shakedown 4….Bingo, aces, top notch. Hit it.
It was my distinct pleasure to work for each of the acts in Shakedown 4. Every one of them was groundbreaking, for very different reasons. Every single one of them knocked it outta the park! My heart still thanks all of you that participated in performances. with lights, music, moral support, energy and enthusiasm. And to our generous sponsor Lion’s Den. Introducing the never been done before Performing Seals. I have never ever seen a seal at the circus, but I had seen those little vintage illustrations with a seal and a ruffle around it’s neck and a red ball on the flipper. This was nothing like that; these ladies owned it and caused quite a stir. Lion’s Den sponsored Shakedown 4 and supplied the basis of many costumes including what we added tails to for the Seals group. See below.
Side note- past performers send me songs often for “shakedown” consideration. A suggestion, Albatraoz, made it in this lineup, as the track of the tap-dancing-sassy Siamese Twin.
Here we are behind (ahem) the scenes as I am dusting the Seals with glitter like a good fairy godmother.
